The current employment of college students has caused widespread concern in society, the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau held a special meeting to study the current economic work and employment of college students, the State Council also issued the notice of promotion of university-related employment , the Government of Prime Minister Wen＇s report also repeatedly mentioned the importance of the current employment of students, then we could see solving the employment of college students is the concrete embodiment of scientific concept of development of our party, is important strategic initiative for our country to achieve sustainable development; solving the problem of employment of university graduates is not only a fundamental interests of the people involved in thousands of households, but also can effectively promote the continuous development of higher education with practical political significance and profound historical significance, this article sums up the experience of six years college students employment work, combing through the system and sorting out the bottleneck problem aimed at students seeking employment effectively, and ultimately forms the concrete manifestation of the employment core competitiveness of college students.
