目的:对青天葵石油醚部位进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析,对青天葵石油醚部位进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱分析,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离得到6个化合物,分别为:Cy-clohomonervilol(Ⅰ)、二十八烷酸(Ⅱ)、豆甾醇(Ⅲ)、Cyclohomonervilol-(E)-p-hydroxy cinnamate(Ⅳ)、24(R/α)-di-hydrocycloeucalenol-(E)-p-hydroxy cinnamate(Ⅴ)、十六烷酸(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether portion of Nervilia fordii.Methods:The constituents were separated and purified by using column chromatography with silica gel.These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data.Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified as Cyclohomonervilol(Ⅰ),Octacosanoicacid(Ⅱ),Stigmasterol(Ⅲ),Cyclohomonervilol-(E)-p-hydroxy cinnamate(Ⅳ)、24(R/α)-dihydrocycloeucalenol-(E)-p-hydroxy cinnamate(Ⅴ)、Docosanoic acid(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
