目的:建立美味猕猴桃根与茎中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil BDSC148柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%醋酸铵(85:15);流速为0.8ml/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为210nm。结果:熊果酸在0.204~2.04μg范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为101.88%,RSD为1.90%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可行,重复性好,结果准确,可作为美味猕猴桃中熊果酸的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a determination method for the ursolic acid in the stems and toots of Acitinidia deliciosa C. F. liang et A. R. Ferguson. Methods: The way of HPLC was used. Chromatographic column was Thermo Hypersil BDS Cls (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) and the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-0.2% ammonium acetate (85: 15) with the flow rate at 0.8ml·min^-1. Column temperature was at 25℃and the detector was 210nm. Results: When ursolic acid was in the rang of 2.91-29.1μg, the natural logarithm (Y) of peak area and the natural logarithm (X) of sample size showed a satisfactory linear relationship r= 0.9998;the average recovery of application of sample was 101.88% and RSD was 1.90% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is easy which has a good repeatability and an accurate result. It can be the method for the determination for ursolic acid in Fortune euonymus stem.
