英文摘要：

Upgrading industrial structure and improvement of human capital are playing important role in China＇s reform of the supply front. Based on the provincial panel data of 2001-2013,this article aims toexplore whether upgrading industrial structure and improvement of human capital have a positive effect oneconomic growth. The empirical results show that： upgrading industrial structure and improvemezat of humancapital both have impeditiye effect on the economic growtli;but the interaction between tlie two variables s haspositive effect oil the economy. It shows that Cliina is still in the process of accelerating industrialization,andthe manufacture has greater motive force on the economic growth dian that of the service industry;and thepromotion of human capital should correspond to a certain industrial structure. In the process of industrialstructure upgrading, related producer services should be developed according to the characteristics of thesecondary industry. The fifFeets of human capital on economic growth will be realized through developing vocational education and optimizing the structure of higher education.
