运用变分法研究了柱形量子线中强耦合极化子的性质,计算了极化子的基态能量、第一激发态能量、结合能以及由第一激发态到基态的跃迁频率。计算表明,柱形量子线中强耦合极化子的基态能量,第一激发态能量均随着柱形量子线的半径及电子-声子耦合强度的增大而减小。同时结合能,跃迁频率随着柱形量子线的半径减小而增大,随电子-声子耦合强度的增大而增大。
Using the variational method, the energies of ground state, first excited state, binding energy and frequency of transition between the first excited state and the ground state of the polaron which was on the condition of electron-LO-phonon strong-coupling in a cylindrical quantum wire was studied. Numerical calculations indicate that both the ground state energy and the first excited state energy decreased by increasing the radius of the cylindrical quantum wire and the electron LO-phonon coupling strength. The binding energy and frequency of transition decreased by increasing the radius of the quantum wire, but they were increased by increasing the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength .
