本文采用精确求解薛定谔方程和幺正变换方法,研究了柱形量子点中极化子的温度效应。结果表明:只有当温度较高时,温度对柱形量子点中极化子的基态能量才有较明显的影响,且基态能量随着温度的升高而增大;极化子的基态能量随电子-体纵光学(LO)声子耦合强度的增大而减小;且基态能量随着柱形量子点半径(柱高)的增大而减小,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应.
Temperature dependence of polaron in cylindrical quantum dot is studied by solving precisely the time- independent Schrodinger equation and unitary transformation method. Numerical calculations indicate that the influence of temperature on the ground state energy of polaron is prominent only in higher temperature, and the ground state energy increases with increasing temperature. The ground state energy decreases with increasing the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength, and it decreases with increasing the radius or height of the cylindrical quantum dot, which shows the quantum size effect in cylindrical quantum dot is very obvious.
