本文采用幺正变换和改进的线性组合算符相结合的办法研究了自旋对量子线中强耦合束缚极化子性质的影响。计算了在自旋影响下量子线中强耦合束缚极化子的振动频率、基态能量和平均声子数。计算表明,在自旋影响下振动频率随受限强度和库仑束缚势的增大而增大,随耦合强度的增大而减小;基态能量分裂为自旋向上,向下两条能量,并随着振动频率的增大而减小;能量会随受限强度的增大而增大。
The properties of bound polaron, which is strong coupled to LO-phonon in quantum wire induced, the influence of spin were studied by using modified liner combination operator and unitary transformation method. The derived strong-coupling bound opolarn's vibrational frequency,ground state energy and the mean number of photons were calculated. The results illustrated that when the electron spin is considered, the vibrational frequency is a decreasing function of confinement strength and the Coulomb bound potential; the ground state energ splits into two energies spining up and spining down,and it is a decreasing function of the vibrational frequency~ the energy is an increasing function of limited strength.
