The eigen energy and eigen function of the ground state and the first excited state of the polaron in cylindrical quantum dot were obtained by precisely solving the Schrdinger equation.A qubit was formed by overlying both the ground state and the first excited state.Numerical results indicate that decoherence time changes with coefficient of dispersion,electron-LOphonon coupling strength,the radius and height of cylindrical quantum dot.
