采用Pekar变分方法,有外磁场存在的情况下,计算得出了库仑和三角束缚势量子点中电子与体纵光学声子强耦合的条件下的基态能量.以RbCl晶体为例,分别讨论了库仑场、磁场、量子点有效受限长度等因素对三角束缚势量子点的基态能量的影响.
