利用高折射率光纤填充微结构预制棒孔洞的方法,制造直径70mm、长度200mm的大尺寸传像光纤预制棒,像素数为547.为提高传像元件的像素数,将预制棒先拉伸成直径约为30mm的二次预制棒,通过切削、并熔后拉伸,得到像素数为3829的传像微结构光纤及其面板和光锥,其理论数值孔径为0.55.经初步测试发现,其传像效果良好.此方法利用微结构光纤技术制造传像光纤、面板和光锥,简单易行,成本低,能有效提高像素数,有望成为规模化制造高分辨率、高质量传像元件的新方法.
Imaging fiber premorms are fabricated through filling the holes with high refractive index fibers,the diameter of preform is 70 mm,the length is 200 mm and the prime number is 547.The primary preform is drawn as a secondary preform with diameter of 30 mm,then the secondary preforms are cutted and polished,and fused together as thrice preform which can be drawn to imaging fiber,platform and taper.The prime number is 3 829 and their theoretic Numerical Aperture is 0.55.Those optical components can transmit image clearly,but the hexagonal gridding need to be removed in next works.This methord fabricates costless imaging components easily ,and it may be a new methord of mass-fabrication for imaging components.
