微结构聚合物光纤以其制备工艺简单,实用性强而倍受研究人员关注。在国家自然科学重点基金的资助下,提出了微结构聚合物光纤预制棒的化学原位本体聚合技术和PMMA颗粒料挤出技术以及微结构聚合物光纤预制棒的套管法二次拉伸技术,成功制备了微结构掺诺丹明6G型、椭圆芯高双折射型、无限单模型和布拉格光栅光纤型等各种微结构聚合物光纤。通过对微结构聚合物光纤制备工艺的研究,对几种已经成功开发的微结构聚合物光纤进行报道。
Microstructured polymer optical fibres(MPOFs) are attention greatly by researcher due to simply fabrication technique.The new fabricated technologies of MPOF preform rods,which were in situ chemical polymerization technology and extruded method of PMMA grain,were bring forward by our group,and we have pursued the development of this technology by supporting of the National Natural Science Foundation of China since 2003.And now,we have fabricated successfully various MPOFs,including infinite single mode MPOFs. Rhodamtine 6G - doted MPOFs and elliptiral core highly birefringent MPOFs. In this paper,the new re.arch results of MOPFs were reported by reviewing the fabrocated lechnolgy of MPOFs, and show further the optical property and transmission property of MPOFs.
