研制了一种用于环境放射性测量的参考样品。将采集到的土壤进行烘干、粉碎、过筛,7天连续不间断地混匀,瓶内和瓶间取样,采用高纯锗γ谱仪测量其中的226Ra、232Th含量,利用t检验和F检验方法对其进行均匀性检验。结果表明,受检的这批样品在取样量(100 g)范围内是均匀的。对样品进行比对,通过Z比分数评定结果;对比对数据采用Grubbs准则剔除异常数据后进行定值。结果表明,研制的环境放射性参考样品可广泛应用于环境放射性分析测量。
Reference samples were developed for environmental radioactive measurement .The collected soils were undergo drying ,crushing ,sieving and seven days uninterrupted mixing ,sampling in bottle and between bottles .Gamma spectrometer was used to measure 226 Ra and 232 Th .Both t-test and F-test were used for homo-geneity testing and the results showed that samples collected were homogeneity when sampled amount was less than 100 g .The samples were distributed to 29 units for comparison ,with Z score evaluation applied to the re-sults .Grubbs rule was used to eliminate the abnormal data before setting the value .Results show that the de-veloped reference samples can be widely used in environmental radioactivity measurements .
