《教师教育课程标准(试行)》对职前教师的教师专业发展提出了明确的要求。从教师专业发展所包含的教师专业情意、教师专业知识、教师专业能力以及身心素质四个核心要素着眼,对某部属师范大学794名免费师范生的教师专业发展现状进行调查分析,认为促进当前免费师范生教师专业发展的途径主要包括:优化免费师范生教育课程结构;完善免费师范生实践课程体系;创新免费师范生职业能力训练机制;明确免费师范生专业发展方向;建立免费师范生专业发展质量监控体系。
"Teacher Education Curriculum Standard (Trial)" puts forward specific requirements for the professional development of the pre-service middle school teachers. Looking from four core elements: teachers' professional affection, teachers' professional knowledge, teachers' professional ability and their physical and mental quality, this thesis investigates 794 free normal students in normal university on their professional development. Ways to promote the free normal students' professional development are as follows: optimizing free normal students' education curriculum structure; improving free normal students' practical education curriculum; innovating free normal students' occupational skill training mechanism; making clear free normal students' professional development direction; establishing a quality control system for the free normal students' professional development.
