以制糖工业副产品蔗渣为原料,以硫酸亚铁铵和双氧水为催化剂,通过接枝共聚合反应制备了蔗渣接枝丙烯酰胺絮凝剂,考查了接枝聚合条件如催化剂的用量、反应温度、丙烯酰胺浓度和浴比等对接枝率的影响。通过模拟矾矿废水絮凝实验研究了蔗渣接枝丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的絮凝效果,结果表明,该絮凝剂能在1min内达到较好的沉降效果,在选矿和尾矿废水处理领域具有较好的工业应用前景。
In this paper, the flocculant bagasse grafting acrylamide (Bagasse-AM) was prepared by grafting copolymerization of acrylamide monomer onto agricultural by-products bagasse, the ammonium ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide as catalyst. Effects of the grafting conditions such as catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, monomer concentration and bath ratio on the grafting degree were investigated. The flocculation effect of Bagasse-AM was examined through the simulation experiment of alunite mine wastewater. The results show that the flocculant can achieve good sedimentation effect in less than one minute, indicating an industrial prospect in the process of tailings wastewater treatment.
