目的:观察热敏灸对失眠大鼠血清和脑干超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、丙二醛( MDA)的影响,了解热敏灸治疗失眠的机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型组、艾灸组和热敏灸组,每组8只。采用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸( PCPA)制备失眠大鼠模型;用Ethovision XT视频跟踪系统录制大鼠活动、观察大鼠的行为学表现;用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠的学习记忆力;用分光光度计检测SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠昼夜节律消失;逃避潜伏期延长;SOD活性降低,而MDA含量增加。与模型组相比,热敏灸组大鼠昼夜活动节律基本恢复正常;逃避潜伏期缩短;SOD活性增高,而MDA含量下降。结论:热敏灸具有缓解失眠大鼠症状的作用,可能与其提高机体SOD活性、降低MDA含量有关;热敏灸的效果在某种程度上优于传统悬灸。
Objective:To observe the effect of heat -sensitive moxibustion on the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in the serum and brain stem of insomnia rats .Methods:32 male SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups with 8 rats in each group , i.e.normal control group , model group , moxibustion group , heat-sensitive moxibustion group .The model was induced by para -chlorophenylalanine ( PCPA) intraperitoneal injection .The rats'behavior was regularly recorded half -hour per day with Ethovision XT video tracking system .Learning and memory abilities were evaluated with Morris water maze .SOD activity and MDA content were determined with spectrophotometer .Results:Compared with rats in normal group , model group rats showed that the sleep-wake rhythm disappeared , the escape period prolonged , and the activity of SOD reduced while the content of MDA increased.Compared with rats in model group , heat-sensitive moxibustion group rats revealed that insomnia symptoms gradually restored, the escape period shortened , and the activity of SOD increased while the content of MDA decreased .Conclusion:Heat-sen-sitive moxibustion improves insomnia symptoms , which might be related to improving antioxidative capacity .
