围绕知识溢出模型修正通过综合考虑区域邻近、信息、人员流动等因素，引入知识溢出效率系数，构建知识溢出效率系数经验公式；采用区域知识能力差距替代区域知识存量差距；采用区域知识吸收能力替代区域学习能力；在弗森伯格划分潜在知识溢出和实际知识溢出的思想基础上，对凯尼尔斯模型进行改进，转变其仅测度区域间潜在知识溢出效应的弊端，使修正后模型能够直接评价区域间实际发生的知识溢出效应值。进行了我国区域实证对照分析。

This paper encompassed the research of Spatial Knowledge Spillovers model. Consider with the regional bonder closed factor, the flow of information and personnel, substitute regional knowledge capability for regional knowledge stocks, substitute regional knowledge absorbability for regional learning capability, the knowledge spillovers coefficient was import, modified spatial knowledge spillovers model reasonable and realistically, Which provide use for reference to regional economic development in our country.
