Using the knowledge spillovers coefficient,it has reasonablely modified the Canils model.The modified model can synthetically evaluate the measurement of regional knowledge spillovers,and unveil the knowledge spillovers basin phenomenon of regional economic development of China.According to the discussion on the knowledge spillovers basin of Anhui and Jiangxi provinces,it researches the formation cause of knowledge spillovers basin,which provides us with a reference to regional economic development in China.
