Through researching regional knowledge stock, technological gaps and spatial knowledge spillover, this paper sums up the researches on spatial knowledge spillover and regional economic growth in China, constructs the framework of regional economic growth based on spatial knowledge spillover and puts forward the research contents and research routes, which provide guidance for further research in this field.
