The legislation of public servants＇ property declaration has been recognized by the world as the most effective anticorruption path. It is also necessary for fight corruption according to law. The only way to declare legislation for public servants in China is to formulate a single law of public officers＇ property declaration. Specify the scope of public servants who have the obligation to declare property; the scope of property declared; the procedure of declaration; the legal consequences of non-declaration with the law; and other contents; perfect the financial security system; real estate registration system; and other relevant systems.
