网络能力是信息时代下企业竞争优势的主要表现之一,网络能力对于企业绩效的影响较大。本文通过总结网络能力、企业绩效等相关概念及内涵的基础上,认为企业的网络能力包括网络位置能力、网络规模能力以及网络强度能力,并深刻剖析了企业网络能力对于企业绩效管理的影响机制,并分析了网络能力对于企业绩效作用的中介变量,主要包括组织学习、经营理念、企业文化三种因素,以期为进一步研究奠定基础。
Network ability is the enterprise competitive advantage in the information age of, which influences business performance greatly. In this thesis, through summarizing the network capacity, corporate performance, and other related concept and connotation, the author thinks that enterprise network ability includes the network location, scale and intensity of network, and deeply analyzes the impact of enterprise network ability on the enterprise performance. And the thesis analyzes the intermediary variables of network ability including organizational learning, the management idea, and the enterprise culture.
