随着信息技术发展和互联网应用的普及,旅游者跟团旅游比例不断下降,自由行成为出游的主体形式,新旅游者的队伍不断壮大和发展。本文选取旅游者游记文本作为研究对象,以西安为旅游目的地收集样本,采用内容分析法并应用ROSTCM6软件深入分析,得到旅游者关注频次最高的旅游吸引物和服务设施,构建了西安旅游的社会语义网络,从旅游观赏、旅游交往、旅游者消费方面推断出新旅游者的需求和行为特征,并对旅游目的地和旅游企业的经营和营销活动提出建议。
The development of information technology and Interact applications coincide with the decline of the proportion of the package tour. Self-guided tour becomes popular. This paper, using the typical tourist's notes and ROST CM6 software, selects Xi'an as the destination to collect samples to analyze tourist attractions and service facilities. Building social semantic network for Xi'an, the paper discuss travel demands and behavior features of the new tourists, and make recommendations for tourism operators and marketing activities.
