为修订JTJ254—1998《港口工程桩基规范》，在全国范围内收集了49根港口工程预制单桩的实测资料，对计算预制单桩垂直承载力的方法进行了研究，并对单桩垂直承载力进行了可靠度分析。根据分析结果，提出了根据荷载比大小对桩垂直承载力分项系数进行取值的建议。
英文摘要：
Static load test data on 49 precast piles are collected from all around China for the purpose of revising the Code for Pile Foundation of Harbor Engineering （JTJ 254--1998）. The method for calculating the bearing capacity of axially loaded single pile is studied and the reliability of axially loaded single pile is analyzed in this paper. The recommendation on determining the value of resistant partial factor using the load ratio is presented following the analysis results.
