换热网络优化属于混合整数非线性规划问题,费用计算呈现的严重非线性以及大量表示换热器有无0-1整型变量的存在都使得问题的求解严重受制于网络的规模。基于分级超结构模型,本文提出允许公用工程灵活布置的换热阿络表示形式,处理流股匹配时单体换热器出现温度交叉的传热计算,扩大了求解域并实现了换热网络模拟的顺序计算。采用微分进化算法,通过设置换热器最小热负荷约束指导换热网络结构进化,建立了适用于换热网络的优化方法。通过具体算例证明基于该改进模型及微分进化算法建立的换热网络优化方法可以求解得较好的换热网络设计。
The heat exchanger network synthesis is primarily formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem.It is extremely difficult to solve for its nonlinearity of area cost calculation and combinatorial nature of discrete structures.Increasing problem size can lead to substantial computational task.As computational efficiency and precision are usually regarded as two fundamental criterions,a stage-wise superstructure model permitting flexible utility placement is proposed to substitute the infeasible matches with utilities,which enlarges the solving region and simulates the network sequentially.Differential evolution algorithm with the modified model is then applied for heat exchanger network synthesis with minimum heat load constraint.The computational results showed that the modified model is effective for heat exchanger synthesis and the presented synthesis method can solve economical heat exchanger network designs.
