针对大规模复杂换热网络优化中存在可操作性、计算效率及优化质量的矛盾,提出优选匹配原则与确定性优化相结合的分步优化方法。以费用为匹配的目标函数,通过对单股流体的优选匹配,生成初始的换热网络优化结构,并以此为寻优的初始点,结合确定性优化中的Powell方法进一步优化换热网络面积参数。通过优化算例证明,该方法在提高换热网络优化计算效率的同时也可以保证不错的优化质量。
For the conflicted relationship among maneuverability, computational efficiency and optimization quality, a sequential optimization strategy combined deterministic methods with optimal selection matching was presented. Based on objective function of cost, initial structure was obtained with optimal selection matching for single stream. With the mentioned starting point, area variables of HEN were further optimized by Powell optimization method. The results showed that computational efficiency and optimization quality were improved simultaneously.
