换热网络结构对其性能有直接的决定作用,通过正交分析方法探讨了换热网络中结构与性能之间的关系,旨在实现换热网络结构与性能的定量关联。首先利用正交试验原理及流体逐一匹配的方法,分析了流体各属性及流体问不同的匹配关系对换热网络性能的影响;在此基础上,经过相关性分析,提出了换热网络结构与性能的相关因子。经过实例检验,结果表明:该因子在一定程度上能定量地反映换热网络结构与其性能的相关联系。
The structure of heat exchanger networks is the determination of its performance. Through the analysis of orthogonal experimental results, the relationship between structures of heat exchanger networks and its performance was investigated to achieve the quantitative correlations. Firstly, the orthogonal experimental principle and method of matching flow successively in heat exchanger networks (HENs) were used to analyze the range of performance in HENs due to the fluctuation of flow's parameter and the difference of matching formula. Then, by the correlation analysis, it presented the factor of relativity between structures and performances in HENs. A typical example was used to verify the feasibility of the factor of relativity, and the result shows that the factor is able to quantitatively reflect the relationship between the structures of heat exchanger networks and its performance.
