研究了仅知提前期内需求的矩信息的可控提前期连续盘点库存系统。通过将延期交货率作为提前期的函数以及安全因子作为决策变量,建立了提前期、订货量和安全因子均为决策变量的成本模型,推到了成本函数的性质;设计了其最优库存策略算法。算例表明:将安全因子作为决策变量,可节省成本,增加延期交货率,以及缩短提前期。
A continuous review inventory system with controllable lead time was investigated for only known moments of lead time demand. By regarded backorder rate as a function of lead time and safety factor as a decision variable, an expected cost model was established, in which order quantity, safety factor and lead time are all decision variables. The property of the expected cost function was derived. An algorithm for the optimal strategy was presented. Numerical result show that, by taking safety factor as a decision variable, the expected cost can be saved, the backorder rate can be increased, and lead time can be reduced.
