考虑到实际库存管理中的产品缺陷和价格折扣问题,给出了含价格折扣的确定产品缺陷率和模糊产品缺陷率的EOQ库存模型.针对LR型模糊缺陷率,运用符号距离法将模糊模型转化为确定模型,进而确定了其最优订货策略。理论上揭示出:随着缺陷率趋大的模糊性增加,订货量和单位时间总成本增加;而随着缺陷率趋小的模糊性增加,订货量和单位时间总成本减少;并且当模糊缺陷率为确定数时,模糊缺陷率的EOQ模型转化为确定缺陷率的EOQ模型。仿真结果与理论分析是吻合的。
Considering the issue of imperfect production and price discounts in the actual inventory management, the crisp product defective rate and the fuzzy product defective rate of EOQ inventory model with the price discounts were studied. Fuzzy model with LR-fuzzy defective rate was transformed into the crisp model by using signed distance method, therefore its optimal ordering policy was determined. Theoretically it is reveals that with fuzzyness increasing for the increasingly trend of fuzzy defective rate, order quantity and the total unit time cost increase, with fuzzyness increasing for the decreasingly trend of fuzzy defective rate,order quantity and the total unit time cost reduce, and that fuzzy defective rate of EOQ model becomes crisp defective rate of EOQ model when defective rate is crisp. The numerical example is agreement with theory analysis results.
