In a two-level supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer, a buy back contract with market stochastic demand is designed. The contract with full returns policy is analyzed. The parties of supply chain can achieve coordination through the given parameters. The impact on the buy back contract with parameters of stochastic demand is given through a numerical example.
