智能制造是"十三五"期间制造业改革的主攻方向,服务于区域经济发展需要是职业技术教育的使命和立足之本,面向"中国制造2025"的机电一体化专业的建设与课程改革必定要紧随苏州产业结构的发展步伐,向智能制造领域拓展,在编写人才培养方案之前需要根据企业已有的及潜在的岗位及其能力需求进行知识和能力的架构,科学合理的设置其学习领域,改革机电专业的人才培养模式和人才培养方案。本课题组提出在现有的机电一体化课程建设上嵌入机器人应用技术所需的知识模块,安排学习的内容,既保证了招生来源,也能满足机器人产业对人才的需求。
Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of the reform of the manufacturing industry during the "13th Five-Year". It is the mission of vocational and technical education to serve the needs of regional economic development. Construction and curriculum reform of the Mechatronic Engineering oriented to "China made 2025" must follow the pace of development of industrial structure in Suzhou, to expand the field of intelligent manufacturing. Prior to the preparation of talent training programs, it needs to make the knowledge and ability structure according to the existing and potential position and ability requirement of the enterprise, scientific and reasonable set up its study field, reform the Mechatronic Engineering professional personnel training mode and personnel training programs. The research group proposes to embed knowledge module of robot application technology in the existing Mechatronic Engineering course, and arrange the learning content, to ensure the source of enrollment and meet the needs of the robot industry for talents.
