枯草芽孢杆菌D-29是从地肤根内分离获得的一株生防细菌,为进一步了解D-29的生防特性,采用平板对峙法测定其抑菌谱并对其抑菌蛋白进行了研究。结果表明,该菌对番茄灰霉病菌、玉米大斑病菌等11种植物病原真菌均具有抑制作用,其中对玉米大斑病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑制率为54.6%;确定80%饱和硫酸铵为最佳盐析饱和度,获得的粗提蛋白耐高温,对有机溶剂和紫外光照不敏感,耐酸不耐碱。
英文摘要：
Biocontrol bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis D-29 was isolated from the root of Kochia scoparia. To gain valu able information for antagonistic effect, inhibition spectrum of 10-29 was tested by plates inhibition methods and its an- tifungal protein was studied. 13-29 showed antifungal activity against ll pathogens. It showed the strongest antagonis- tic activity against Eserohilum turcicum and inhibitory rate reached 54.6 %. Crude protein was extracted with ammo- nium sulphate at 80% saturation. The crude protein endured acid, heat, organic solvent and UV-irradiation, but it was sensitive to alkali.
