In this paper the structural patterns and offering ways of comprehensive experiment courses of zoology were studied based on platforms of the National Experiment Teaching Center of Biology.The comprehensive experiment of zoology was taken as a typical case study about its application in the mode of experimental teaching reform,the experiment teaching content and the comprehensive experimental model of zoology were analyzed,and experimental teaching system of provincial quality course of comprehensive zoological experiment was also updated and perfected,and the experiment teaching contents and experimental projects were optimized in this study.
