Specialized university shows its irreplaceability in higher education due to its uniqueness in disciplines and specialties, talent cultivation, scientific research etc, and established a ＂bottom color＂ with a strong industrialized background and a ＂bright color＂ with an distinctive advantage in the process of development. In the new period, specialized universities should strive to the direction of diversity, ecology and excellence development with the advent of new tasks, and to preserve and surpass on the relevant strategies, namely, strengthen aggregation characteristic development and excellence cultivation.
