To help students better understand demand variance amplification phenomenon in Supply Chain Management and the emerging cause of the phenomenon,“beer game”is introduced in the practice teaching of the course.Through making “beer game”experiment,students understand the cause of“bullwhip effect”,and then they propose such strategies as information sharing and lead time reducing to mitigate the “bullwhip effect”.
