为探究免费师范生职业生涯适应力对学习成果和求职绩效的影响,以及职业认同在其中的调节作用,本研究采用职业生涯适应力量表、职业认同量表、学习成果量表和求职绩效量表对237位免费师范生进行了调查。结果表明:(1)免费师范生职业生涯适应力对学习成果、求职绩效有显著的正向影响。(2)职业认同具有显著的调节作用,也就是说,高职业认同的免费师范生职业生涯适应力与学习成果、求职绩效有显著相关,但低职业认同的免费师范生的职业生涯适应力与学习成果、求职绩效的相关不显著。这对免费师范生的培养和职业教育具有重要启发。
Tnis study explored the influence of career adaptability on academic performance and job hunting performance of pre-service teachers in free teacher education programs in china. The moderating effect of career identity was also explored. 237 senior college student teachers in Beijing Normal University were surveyed. The results showed the following: (1) Career adaptability of students in free teacher education prograras was signifi- candy positively correlated with academic performance and job hunting performance; (2) The career identity moderated between the occupation career adaptability and academic performance, as well as job hunting perfor- mance. That is to say, among students with high occupation identity, there was significant relationship between occupation career adaptability and academic performance, as well as job search performance; however, among student teachers with low occupation identity, there was no significant relationship between those three variables. It is concluded that this study is of theoretical and practical significance to vocational education for students in free teacher education programs in China.
