用溶胶-凝胶法在普通玻璃基片上成功制备了CeO2防紫外薄膜。采用交叉镀膜的方法,将TiO2膜层作为缓冲层,成功制备了不同膜层配比的防紫外膜。实验表明,不同膜层配比,紫外线透过率及可见光透过率均不同,在一定范围内,随着CeO2溶胶浓度增大,紫外吸收能力增大,溶胶的陈化时间对薄膜紫外屏蔽性能影响不大。
CeO2 ultraviolet absorber film was produced by collosol method and gelatin method on the ordinary glass substrate. The different ratio layers of ultraviolet absorber film produced by intersect coating-method with TiO2 membranous layer as the cushion. By the experiment results, it is distinct that the transmissivity of ultra- violet rays and visible light by the different ratio layers, within a certain range, the absorption rate of ultraviolet rays increased with the addition of concentration CeO2-collosol. Moreover, It is neglectful that the assembly time of collosolon affects the absorptivity of ultraviolet absorber film.
