采用国产催化剂D005在自制的加压磁力搅拌反应釜内对甲基叔戊基醚泡点合成反应的本征热力学进行了研究,主要考察了温度对甲醇与2-甲基-1-丁烯、2-甲基-2-丁烯两种烯烃的反应平衡常数的影响,并采用组分的活度代替浓度计算反应的平衡常数。实验得出温度越高,两种烯烃和甲醇醚化反应的平衡常数越小,但异构化反应平衡常数K_3受温度影响不显著,另外,2-甲基-1-丁烯醚化反应的平衡常数K_1大约为2-甲基-2-丁烯醚化反应的平衡常数K_2十几倍。根据实验结果,经过Wilson二元交互作用参数和范特霍夫方程,计算得出了醚化反应的标准摩尔焓变和熵变,并与文献值进行了比较。
Domestic catalyst D005 was used to study the intrinsic thermodynamics of bubble point synthesis of tert-amyl methy ether in the Pressurized magnetic stirred tank, mainly examining the effect of temperature on the reaction equilibrium constants of methanol and two kinds of olefins, which are 2M1B and 2M2B, and the reaction equilibrium constant was calculated by components of the activity instead of the concentration. It is concluded from the experiment that the higher of the reaction temperature, the smaller of the reaction equilibrium constants of olefins and methanol etherification, while the effect of temperature on the isomerization reaction equilibrium constant K3 was not obvious. In addition, the reaction equilibrium constant of 2M1B etherifleation K1 was far greater than the reaction equilibrium constant of 2M2B etherification K2, K1 is ten times or more as large as the K2. According to the experimental results, through Wilson binary interaction parameters and Van't Hoff equation, the standard molar enthalpy change and entropy change of the etherification reaction and compared with the literature values.
