楔横轧多楔成形汽车半轴有时难以避免出现内部缺陷,如何快速而准确地探测出缺陷位置并实时修正模具是提高产品质量的关键.在分析缺陷产生机理的基础上,采用Normalized C&L破坏准则,使用DEFORM3D软件,对楔横轧多楔成形汽车半轴中轧件可能产生缺陷的位置进行理论上的预测,并对该预测方法进行相应实验验证,结果表明本方法是符合实际的.研究结果为轧制成形汽车半轴产品质量的检测提供了一种较为简便而有效的方式,为快速、实时修正模具、提高产品质量提供了理论依据.
Sometimes the central defect would inevitably emerge in the multi-wedge cross wedge rolling forming automobile semi-axle. How to predict the location of central defect precisely and quickly is important for repairing mould in real-time to improve the quality of products. For this reason, the generation mechanism of the central defect was analyzed first, then the Normalized C&L failure criteria and DEFORM3D software were used to predict in theory the possible locations of defect and the prediction was proved by corresponding experiment. The results show that the theoretical prediction proposed by this paper is consistent with experimental result. The conclusions can provide a simple and effective way for detecting quality of automobile semi-axle formed by rolling and a theoretical basis for repairing mould in real-time to improve the quality of products.
