讨论了由变速恒频双馈感应风力发电机组成的风电场接入地区电网的电压稳定问题,提出了一种新的DFIG风电场电压无功分层控制策略。该策略由风电场电压控制点的电压偏差推得相应的无功功率需求,根据此时风电场各DFIG的实际无功发生能力并考虑到风电场内部集电系统拓扑结构将无功发生任务分配给每台DFIG。通过算例计算结果表明,所提出的策略可充分发挥每台DFIG的无功发生能力,最大限度地抑制电压控制点电压波动对电网造成的影响,维持风电场接入局部区域电网电压稳定。
In this paper the regional power grid voltage stability with the wind farm consisting of the VSCF doubly fed induction wind generator is presented,and a prioritizing reactive power allocation strategy for DFIG based Large-scale Wind Farm is proposed.The strategy is to get the wind farm reactive power requirements from the relative voltage offset of the voltage control bus,and to assign reactive power generating mission to each DFIG considering its actual reactive power production ability and the structure of electrical collection systems of the whole wind farm.The result of the simulation shows that the strategy could take advantage of each DFIG′s reactive power generating ability in the wind farm and maximize limited impact from the voltage fluctuation of the voltage control bus to maintain voltage stability of local grid.
