我国的中医院经过了30多年市场经济的洗礼,已经开始适应竞争的环境。但由于历史和现实的种种原因,与西医相比,中医还明显处于竞争的劣势地位,制约了中医药事业的发展。要提高中医院竞争能力,更多占有医疗市场份额应从以下几个方面构建中医院的竞争力:发挥中医药特色和优势;构建新型中医医院文化;加强科学管理;加强中医人才的培养与使用等。
After more than 30 years' baptism of market economy, Chinese TCM hospitals are beginning to get accustomed to the competitive environment. But, due to some historical and realistic reasons, TCM, compared with the Western medicine, is at a competitive disadvantage, which restricts the development of TCM. In order to improve the competitive power of TCM hospitals and make them possess more medical market share, the competitive power of TCM hospitals must be constructed in the following aspects: to bring the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine into full play, to construct new TCM hospital cultures, and to strengthen the scientific management as well as the cultivation and utilization of TCM talents and so on.
