针对微流控芯片分析系统预处理及其集成化的难题,采用sol-gel技术,并经改性处理,制备得到具有微纳结构的C18酯型反相硅胶整体柱,将其作为芯片上预处理结构单元,与微流控检测芯片相结合,组建了具有预处理功能的芯片.以盐酸多巴酚丁胺-KMnO4-Luminol化学发光体系为样品对象进行测试,结果显示该改性硅胶整体柱具有良好的预处理性能,在微流控芯片分析系统和化学传感器中具有良好的潜在应用前景.
Aim at the puzzle of biochemical pretreatment and its integration in micro-fluidic chip analytical system, monolithic silica column was proposed as a pretreatment functional part. The monolithic silica column was prepared by sol-gel technique and further modifying process was applied to obtain C18-estefy reversed-phase monolithic silica column which was of micro-nano structure. The whole analytical microchip system was established with the designed pretreatment part. The chemiluminscence of doutarnine hydrochloride-KMnO4-Luminol was taken as sample to test the performance of the system, and the favorable results were obtained. The results also showed the perspective application of modified monolithic silica column with micro-nano structure in the fields of micro-fluidic analytical system and chemical sensors.
