The isolation mechanism was constructed by imitation barrier of capabilities, mobile barrier of resources and the entry barrier of market, which made the isolation mechanism appear as ＂resources-firm-market＂ form. Dynamic enhancement mechanism and operation resistance of the isolation mechanism was proposed. The kernel role of dynamic ability played in the establishment of dynamic enhancement effect of the isolation mechanism and sustainable competitive advantages of the firms was analyzed.
