Firm＇s growth is achieved by three ways including internal growth, acquisition -based growth and network - based growth, and network - based growth is the primary growth form of the firm now. Then by discomposing the dynamic capabilities, the article establishes a theoretic model and gives some implications to the firms. Finally analyzes the relations between the dynamic capabihties and the changes of the boundaries of the firm.
