Tourism resource of Huangshui Town is rich and various, and it is the main town for summer resort and tourism in Chongqing and its surrounding regions. The development of tourism industry also generates a series of negative effect in the pro-cess of promoting urbanization progress, for example： the development of urbanization relying on the tourism industry too much, the construction of urbanization restricted by the natural environment, the synergetic development of urbanization and ecological environment lacking reasonable planning and guidance, and Tujia cultural effected by the foreign culture, the significance of town missing, the single and seasonal structure of tourism product and other problems. To effectively solve these problems, we can adopt reasonable planning, new type of industrialization, improve immunity of tourism urbanization via featured agriculture, devel-op off-season and unseasonable products led by the government, promote reasonable development of featured tourism urbanization in many ways so as to guide the healthy and sustainable development of tourism urbanization of Huangshui Town.
