文章通过选取网络游记为数据,挑选案例地宽窄巷子,对携程、马蜂窝、去哪儿等旅游网站收集到的游记进行内容分析,再进行体验主题提炼。结果显示:旅游者体验的主题为旅游者、目的地;旅游者出行的动机主要有社交、休闲放松、寻找感受3个方面;游客行为体现在闲逛、拍照、喝茶、聊天、看表演;游客满意度受物价、客流量影响最大;游客偏好集中在特色建筑物文化纪念品。
The paper conducts a case study of the Broad Alley and Narrow Alley based on travel notes collected from Ctrip, MaFengWo and Qunar. The research shows that the main themes are travelers and destinations, that their main motivations are social contacts, relaxation, and seeking inspiration, that their activities are taking strolls, shooting photos, drinking tea, chatting and watching performances, that their satisfaction is largely influenced by prices and passenger flow, and that they prefer cultural souvenirs on architecture.
