英文摘要：

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of human heritage. At present, the problems of the intangible cultural heritage destroyed, and lost the situation become increasingly severe. Quantitative evaluation of the existing state of the intangible cultural heritagecan, provides the basis for decision making for the protection of intangible cultural heritage. In this paper, throngh the analysis of form and characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage and, combined with the social survey, qualitative de- scription, quantitative evaluation method, it collate and analyze the principle of the state evaluation system of the non-material cultural heritage of the principle. Followed the evaluation principles of constructing and consult the previous researches of the intangible cultural heritage assessment of the past, this paper finalizes the evaluation index system conforming to the mode of oc- currence of the majority of the intangible cultural heritage and the metheod for index balance in order to achieve the purpose of the building the intangible cultural heritage existing state evaluation model.
