利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件实现钛合金六角头螺钉成型过程的数值模拟。分析了坯料的变形情况,讨论了坯料在不同温度下的应力、温度场和变形情况,比较了上模在不同速度下对成型过程的影响,从而为实际生产提供理论依据。
The forming processes of titanium hex head screws are simulated by the DEFORM- 3D software. The analysis is conducted on the billet deformation,stress and temperature under the different temperature. The influence of upper die under different velocity on forming process is compared,so as to provide theoretical basis for practical production.
