为了研究碳化硅颗粒增强铝基( SiCp/Al)复合材料钻削加工的棱边缺陷,通过对工件和钻头进行二维简化建模以及对工件的网格划分,利用ABAQUS/Explicit中的动力显示模块进行钻削模拟。通过改变每齿进给量fy 观察复合材料的棱边缺陷,并对仿真结果进行分析,同时和试验结果进行对比。结果表明:工件的棱边缺陷的大小随着进给量的大小而呈线性变化,此结果与试验结果大体一致。该研究可为进一步研究碳化硅铝基( SiCp/Al)复合材料的棱边缺陷提供理论依据。
In order to study the edge defects during drilling of SiCp /Al composite, a two-dimensional model of work-piece and drilling tool are established and meshed .The dynamic display analysis of ABAQUS/Explicit module is used for drilling simulation .By changing the feed per tooth fy , the edge defects of workpiece was investigated , and the simulation results were analyzed and compared with the experimental results .The results show that the size of the edge defects are lin-ear change with the increasing of feed rate and the results are consistent with that of the experimental results .This paper can provide good reference for the further study of the edge defects for machining SiCp /Al composites .
