为了有效抑制SiCp/Al复合材料车削加工棱边的缺陷,建立了切削参数与棱边缺陷尺寸之间的数学回归模型,把棱边缺陷高度值H和长度值L作为试验的评价指标,主要考虑切削深度、主轴转速、进给量三个参数单独作用时对棱边缺陷的影响。最终找到了控制棱边缺陷尺寸的最优切削参数组合,并结合试验优化加工工艺参数从而控制棱边质量。得出的结论可以为SiCp/Al复合材料棱边缺陷的研究和控制策略提供合理的理论依据。
In order to effectively inhibit the edge defects of SiCp/Al composites,a mathematical regression model was established between the cutting parameters and edge defect size. The experimental results were used to evaluate the effect of the depth of cutting,the speed of the main shaft,and the three parameters of the L. In the end,the optimal cutting parameters are found to control the edge defect size,and the parameters of the process parameters can be used to control the edge quality. The conclusion can provide a reasonable theoretical basis for the research and control strategy of the edge defects of SiCp/Al composites.
