为了研究Si Cp/Al复合材料的边缘断裂特性及钻削机理,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了钻削模型,选用适当的本构模型和材料参数,分析了钻削加工的棱边缺陷形成过程及钻削过程中切削参数对棱边缺陷的影响。结果表明,在主轴转速不变的情况下,增加进给量会增加钻头与工件的接触面积,从而使切削力增加,进而会增加棱边缺陷的尺寸。得出的结论可以为Si Cp/Al复合材料钻削加工及棱边缺陷的控制提供理论依据。
In order to study the edge of the Si Cp/ Al composites fracture characteristics and mechanism of drilling,the drilling model is established by applying the finite element software ABAQUS. The appropriate constitutive model and material parameters are chosen. The forming process of edge defects in drilling process and the influence of cutting parameters on edge defects are analyzed. The results show that if the spindle rotation speed is constant,the increased feed rate will increase the contact area between the drill and the workpiece,so that the cutting force will increase and the size of the edge defect increases gradually. The results provide a theoretical basis for the control of the drilling process and edge defects of Si Cp/ Al composites.
