为进一步了解切削方法对SiC_p/Al复合材料切削时的影响,运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立三维斜角切削几何模型,基于对SiC_p/Al复合材料性能的影响因素及棱边缺陷的形成机理的了解,分别分析斜角切削时刀尖圆弧半径对切削力和对复合材料出口棱边缺陷的影响。分析试验结果及有效数据得出的结论为复合材料棱边缺陷的研究提供了理论依据。
In order to further understand the effect of cutting method fnr cutting of SiCp/Al composites, using finite el- ement software A BAQUS established the geometry model of the 3D oblique cutting,by the properlies of SiCp/Al composites and the tactors which affect the edge side defect formation mechanism of understanding, respectively,the analysis of oblique cutting corner radius on cutting force and the influence of composite exit edge defects. The analvsis of the experimental re- suits and the effective data can provide a theoretical basis for the study of edge defects of composite materials.
